Rumi says, “If you knew Eternity was talking to you, would you
be still enough to listen?”

After all the hours I have spent in meditation, I would like to share with you the messages I constantly receive, because I know they apply to all of us:

You are loved more than you can imagine.
You are protected more than you know.
You are never alone.
Do not be afraid. There is nothing here to fear. 
Follow your heart; it knows the way.
Believe in yourself. 
Be patient. 
Trust your intuition. 
Be kind.

And most important of all: 

You are a creation of the Divine. You are perfect. You already are, exactly as you are, of incredible worth. You have the power every day to change the things in your life that make you unhappy. Make your life a life of joy. Do not wait, start today.
