I’ve spent much of my life chasing freedom—traveling the world, seeking adventure, surviving the unimaginable, falling in love, losing myself, finding myself, and collecting strange and wonderful stories along the way.
But it’s the way I see those experiences that shapes my writing. I’m always looking beneath the surface—for meaning, connection, synchronicity, humor, wonder, and the magic hiding in plain sight.
Through memoirs and essays, I share what I find in hopes of inspiring you to look at your own life a little differently, trust what you know, believe in yourself, and remember who you are.
How do we return to ourselves?
And now for the “Expert Bio” written in the third person (because, why not?)

—not because I have all the answers, but because I've spent my life following that same pull.
If my stories have taught me anything, it's this:
The greatest adventure isn't traveling the world.
It isn't surviving impossible things.
It isn't finding "the one."
It's having the courage to become the most authentic expression of who you already are.
My job is to remind you that
I’m so glad you’re here.
